1. Request:

You provide personal information: age, citizenship, whether you are married, no criminal record, and whether you are registered with a mental health or drug treatment center.

Submit a request on the website. Our manager will contact you to discuss the matter.

2. Interview:

We conduct a short telephone or online interview – depending on your preference – to get to know each other and answer all your questions.

3. Office visit:

We invite you to our office. We sign the contract, and you make a $500 deposit. We will verify the information you provided. After we begin screening and vetting candidates.

4. Meeting:

We provide two to three candidates online with the most accurate legal qualifications. We invite you to our office and introduce you to the selected candidate. We create a shared dating history (dating site, mutual friends).

A temporary residence permit is not revoked after a divorce! This is the most important point. A temporary residence permit in the Russian Federation is issued for 5 years and is an independent document certifying your status. The basis for obtaining it (marriage) loses its validity after it is issued.

Divorce procedure: After receiving the temporary residence permit stamp in your passport, you can initiate divorce through the Civil Registry Office (by mutual consent) or through the court. We provide legal support for this process.

Impact on citizenship:

If you have not yet applied for citizenship: After a divorce, you lose the right to simplified citizenship through marriage (requiring 3 years of marriage). However, you retain the right to apply for citizenship through the standard procedure after living in the Russian Federation with a temporary residence permit for 5 years (Article 13 of Federal Law No. 62).

If you have already applied for citizenship and subsequently divorced: The process continues. Divorce during the citizenship application process is not an automatic ground for refusal if all the conditions were met at the time of application.

Our recommendation: The optimal strategy is to obtain a temporary residence permit, then wait three years of marriage, apply for citizenship under the simplified procedure, and only then initiate divorce proceedings. We can help you plan this schedule.

This is the primary risk at the first stage, and we fully insure it legally and financially.

1. Prevention (how we prevent it):

Tough pre-screening and briefing of candidates.

A substantial advance payment to her (part of her fee), which she forfeits in the event of a failure.

Step-by-step payment on her part—she receives the main sum only after the final payment.

2. Legal and financial guarantees for you (specified in the contract):

Penalties on her part: The tripartite agreement (You, She, and the Agency) stipulates a penalty of 200-300% of the advance payment received by her, which she is obligated to reimburse you in the event of a failure due to her fault.

Agency Guarantee: If the marriage is not registered due to the candidate’s fault (no-show or refusal) and she evades paying the fine, our Agency undertakes to provide you with a new, verified candidate for a repeat marriage ceremony as soon as possible (within 14 business days) without increasing the overall cost of the service package. All initial payments (except for the non-refundable deposit for the search) are carried over to the new transaction.

Your Advance Payment: Your payment, tied to the application at the Civil Registry Office, serves as an insurance payment. In the event of a failure to attend, it is not forfeited; it is either deducted from the would-be «bride» through a fine or becomes an advance payment for working with a new candidate.

Bottom Line: You don’t lose money or time. The risk of her no-show is borne by her (a large fine) and by us (the responsibility to quickly find a replacement). Your investment interest is protected by the contract.

The procedure is strictly regulated by the Federal Law «On Civil Status Acts.» We organize it completely:

Stages and Timeframes:

Submitting a Joint Application: We schedule your application at the chosen registry office. Both parties must be present in person. At this stage, you indicate your surname and choose a wedding date. The period from submission to the ceremony is 1 to 2 months (the minimum waiting period by law is 1 month, but a later date can be chosen). Your advance payment is secured on this day.

Registration Ceremony: On the appointed day, both of you come to the registry office for a formal or regular registration. The procedure lasts 15-30 minutes. After expressing your consent and signing the register, you receive a Marriage Certificate—the main document. Your second payment for services is made immediately after we receive the certificate.

What’s required of you:

Documents: Your passport with a valid visa/migration card, its notarized translation into Russian, and a document confirming the absence of impediments to marriage (a certificate from the Indian Embassy or a declaration in the prescribed form).

Personal presence: Twice—at the application submission and at the ceremony itself.

Present: Know the basic information about the «bride» (name, age, place of work), as agreed upon for the answers to the registry office staff.

Our role: We prepare all documents, including translations and certificates, draft the application, accompany you, act as witnesses, and ensure full coordination.

After the stamp in your passport, you have three options:

Standard (recommended): You have no contact at all. I handle all matters concerning the FMS, documents, and meetings. Your contact information is not shared. It’s safe and secure. You’ve already paid for it.

Minimal contact: Only in my presence at official meetings with the FMS. Everything else is handled through our company.

Your personal matters (not recommended): If you both agree and sign a waiver of our guarantees, you can communicate as you wish. However, if problems arise (blackmail, scandals, police), we will not provide assistance and will not refund your money. You’re on your own.
